A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Alamance, Anson, Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville, Guilford, Halifax, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Nash, Orange, Person, Randolph, Richmond, Sampson, Scotland, Vance, Wake, Warren, Wayne and Wilson. * WHEN. From this morning through midnight tonight. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Scattered to numerous showers and storms will develop this morning and increase in coverage through the afternoon and evening.
