Western Halifax County in south central Virginia. * Until 415 AM EDT. * At 1220 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE. Radar.
