* WHAT. Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Granville, Person and Vance. * WHEN. Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 542 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Henderson, Oxford, Berea, Dabney, Moriah, South Henderson, Surl and John H Kerr Reservoir.

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 724 PM EDT, The heavy rain has ended across the advisory area where between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Light to moderate rain continues but a general draining trend is expected through 845 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Henderson, Oxford, Berea, Dabney, Moriah, South Henderson, Surl and John H Kerr Reservoir.
