SVRABQ The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for. South central Rio Arriba County in north central New Mexico. Northeastern Sandoval County in north central New Mexico. * Until 330 PM MDT. * At 255 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast of Fenton Lake State Park, or 16 miles east of Cuba, moving southwest at 10 mph. HAZARD. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include. Jemez Springs, Fenton Lake State Park, and Jemez State Monument.
