Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Ocean Gate, Sea Girt Reef, Atlantic Highlands, Barnegat Light Reef, Monmouth Beach, Sea Bright, Axel Carlson Reef, Silverton, Forked River, Fair Haven, Lavallette, Barnegat Light, Shark River Reef, Point Pleasant Beach, Belmar, Seaside Park, Manasquan Inlet, Pine Beach, and Sandy Hook Reef.
