Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barton, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Hickory, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN. Until 1 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional thunderstorms are expected to track over southeastern Kansas and central Missouri from this evening into Thursday night across areas that received rain over the past 24 hours. Widespread rainfall amounts of around and inch with localized 2 inch amounts are expected.
