* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following counties, Dallas, Laclede, Webster and Wright. * WHEN. Until 900 AM CDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 349 AM CDT, Run off from heavy rainfall that occurred Thursday evening into the early overnight hours will continue this morning. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings. Beaver Creek at Crewes Ford Road, Gasconade River at Highway E, Osage Fork at Auburn Road, Elk Creek at Highway Z, Niangua River at Highway Y, Osage Fork at Highway J and North Cobb Creek at Highway B. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Western Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Marshfield, Buffalo, Conway, Niangua, Morgan, Phillipsburg, Stoutland, Bennett Springs, Twin Bridges, Rader, Grovespring, Competition, Dry Knob, Sleeper, Long Lane, Falcon, Windyville, Manes, Charity, Lynchburg, Elkland, Graff and Bennett Spring State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
