Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barton, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Hickory, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN. From 7 PM CDT this evening through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected to track over southeastern Kansas and central Missouri from this evening into Thursday night. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2-3" are expected, with localized amounts of up to 6". Flood waters reach approximately three feet in depth at the Caplinger Mills Campground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.7 feet. - Forecast.
