From 7 PM CDT this evening through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Multiple rounds of thunderstorms are expected to track over southeastern Kansas and central Missouri from this evening into Thursday night. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2-3" are expected, with localized amounts of up to 6".
