Portions of southeast Kansas, including the following areas, Bourbon and Crawford and Missouri, including the following areas, Barton, Benton, Camden, Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Dent, Hickory, Laclede, Maries, Miller, Morgan, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, St. Clair and Vernon. * WHEN. Until 1 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional thunderstorms are expected to track over southeastern Kansas and central Missouri from this evening into Thursday night across areas that received rain over the past 24 hours. Widespread rainfall amounts of around and inch with localized 2 inch amounts are expected. Northern Webster County in southwestern Missouri. Northern Wright County in southwestern Missouri. * Until 400 AM CDT. * At 1145 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Western Fort Leonard Wood, Lebanon, Marshfield, Buffalo, Conway, Niangua, Morgan, Phillipsburg, Stoutland, Bennett Springs, Twin Bridges, Rader, Grovespring, Competition, Dry Knob, Sleeper, Long Lane, Falcon, Windyville, Manes, Charity, Lynchburg, Elkland, Graff and Bennett Spring State Park. This includes the following low water crossings.
