Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Additional thunderstorms are expected to track over southeastern Kansas and central Missouri from this evening into Thursday night across areas that received rain over the past 24 hours.
