* WHAT. Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of northeast Missouri, including the following counties, Knox and Lewis. * WHEN. Until 600 PM CDT. * IMPACTS. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated and may cause flooding of nearby areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 402 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Canton, Edina, La Grange, La Belle, Lewistown, Knox City, Colony, Greensburg, Hurdland, Novelty, Baring, Monticello and Newark.
