At 18.4 feet, Lowlands on the southwest portion of Delano begin to experience flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 115 PM CDT Thursday, the stage was 18.4 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 115 PM CDT Thursday was 18.7 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Monday morning and continue falling to 14.7 feet Thursday, July 04. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet. - Flood History.
