Babcock Park north of downtown begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 830 PM CDT Monday, the stage was 896.2 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 897.3 feet tomorrow evening.
