Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties. Mississippi River at Red Wing L/D 3 affecting Pierce and Goodhue Counties. Mississippi River at Red Wing affecting Pepin, Pierce and Goodhue Counties. Mississippi River at St. Paul affecting Washington, Dakota and Ramsey Counties. Mississippi River near Hastings L/D 2 (COE) affecting Washington, Dakota and Pierce Counties. Cannon River at Northfield affecting Dakota and Rice Counties. The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon and continue falling to 13.9 feet Friday, July 12. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History.
