A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas. Nearshore and Open Waters from Whitehall to Manistee MI. At 1031 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Manistee Light to 25 nm west of Little Sable Point Light, moving east at 45 knots.
