A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas. Nearshore and Open Waters from St Joseph to Grand Haven MI. At 1115 PM EDT, a buoy reported a gust front, producing winds to around 30 knots from the southwest. This front was located near South Haven, and moving north. Thunderstorms with cloud to water lightning strikes were also located over the waters of Lake Michigan between St Joseph and Holland.
