Portions of Virginia, including the following areas, Albemarle, Augusta, Central Virginia Blue Ridge, Culpeper, Eastern Highland, Greene, Madison, Nelson, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Warren and Western Highland and eastern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, Hardy, Western Grant and Western Pendleton. * WHEN. Until 7 AM EDT this morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Slow moving showers and possible thunderstorms are expected through the overnight hours. One to two inches of additional rain is likely. Shenandoah River at Millville. * WHEN. From Tuesday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 11.0 feet, A small portion of Wilt Road (County Road 9/8) begins to flood. Water also begins to flow over Millville Dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.9 feet, or 0.1 feet below flood stage. - Forecast.
