* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of East Central and North Central Maine, including the following counties, in East Central Maine, Penobscot. In North Central Maine, Piscataquis. * WHEN. Until 1000 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 655 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Dover-Foxcroft, Dexter, Guilford, Howland, Corinth, Milo, Monson, Blanchard, East Corinth, Orneville, Lake View Plantation, Kingsbury Plantation, Corinna, Hudson, Charleston, Sangerville, Bradford, Brownville, Garland and Exeter. - For flood safety visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood
