The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Louisiana. Texas. Sabine River Near Deweyville Additional information is available at www.weather.gov. The next statement will be issued Friday morning at 1115 AM CDT. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Deweyville. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park. Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.7 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Thursday was 24.7 feet. - Forecast. FFWLCH The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Southwestern Acadia Parish in southwestern Louisiana. Southeastern Calcasieu Parish in southwestern Louisiana. Northeastern Cameron Parish in southwestern Louisiana. Southeastern Jefferson Davis Parish in southwestern Louisiana. Northwestern Vermilion Parish in southwestern Louisiana. * Until 730 AM CDT. * At 429 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Lake Charles, Jennings, Welsh, Iowa, Lake Arthur, Mermentau, Hayes, Lacassine National Wildlife Refuge, Klondike, Lake Charles Regional Airport, Thornwell, Lowry, Holmwood, Hacketts Corner, Sweet Lake, Bell City and Lacassine.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
