Portions of Indiana, including the following area, Perry and Kentucky, including the following areas, Allen, Anderson, Barren, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Butler, Edmonson, Fayette, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Hart, Jessamine, Larue, Logan, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Metcalfe, Monroe, Nelson, Ohio, Simpson, Spencer, Taylor, Warren, Washington KY and Woodford. * WHEN. Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Ongoing rain shield likely will stall as Tropical Depression Helene merges with an upper level disturbance across central Kentucky.
