However water levels exceeding previous records are still occurring at Emmetsburg and Humboldt. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and forecast. * WHERE. The Shell Rock River at Shell Rock, or from Flood Creek near Clarksville to the Cedar River. * WHEN. Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St. At 12.5 feet, Seepage occurs in several basements close to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to slowly rise to a crest of 12.2 feet early this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
