Portions of Big Bend Florida, including the following areas, Coastal Dixie, Coastal Franklin, Coastal Jefferson, Coastal Taylor, Coastal Wakulla, Gadsden, Inland Dixie, Inland Franklin, Inland Jefferson, Inland Taylor, Inland Wakulla, Lafayette, Leon, Liberty and Madison and Georgia, including the following areas, Baker, Berrien, Brooks, Colquitt, Cook, Decatur, Grady, Lanier, Lowndes, Miller, Mitchell, Seminole and Thomas. * WHEN. Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - While widespread rainfall totals are generally 1 to 3 inches through Monday evening, there is the potential for localized areas exceeded 3 or more inches in a short period of time. At 756 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Bonifay to near Marianna. Movement was south at 10 mph. HAZARD. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Vernon, Chipley, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Live Oak, Cottondale, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Westville, Moose Pond, Whitehead Crossroads, Gritney, Camps Head, Holmes Valley, Millers Ferry, Bahoma, Chipley Municipal Airport, and Red Oak.
