Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM. * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 548 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 nm northeast of Vilano Beach, or 11 nm northeast of Saint Augustine, moving east at 20 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Dorothy Louise Barge and South Ponte Vedra Beach.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of northeast and northern Florida, including the following counties, in northeast Florida, Putnam. In northern Florida, Marion. * WHEN. Until 730 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
