At 350 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm near Fortymile Bend, or 28 miles northwest of Homestead General Airport, moving northwest at 10 mph. HAZARD. Winds in excess of 30 mph. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Loop Road Ee Center, Dade-Collier Training Airport, and Big Cypress National Preserve.

Until 515 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 313 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
