From late tonight to early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. At 11.0 feet, The river overflows its banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood History. Agricultural, rural Kibler area begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 9:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
