* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. Portions of central and west central Florida, including the following counties, in central Florida, Sumter. In west central Florida, Hernando and Pasco. * WHEN. Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Dade City, St. Leo, Hill n Dale, Ridge Manor, San Antonio, Lacoochee, Dade City North, Blanton, Spring Lake, Tarrytown and Saint Leo. - https://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
