Coastal waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL out 20 NM. * Until 345 PM EDT. * At 307 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over North Bay Village, or over Miami Beach, moving east at 5 knots. HAZARD. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Virginia Key, Sunny Isles, Bay Harbor Islands, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, North Bay Village, Indian Creek, Golden Beach, and Hallandale.

* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Florida, including the following counties, Broward and Palm Beach. * WHEN. Until 430 PM EDT. * IMPACTS. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 225 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
