Until midnight EDT Monday night. * IMPACTS. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Minor tidal flooding is expected around the times of high tide within Little Assawoman Bay, Rehoboth Bay, and Indian River Inlet.

Until 6 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS. Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat of property damage. Expect one to locally two feet of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.

Until 8 AM EDT Wednesday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood in Annapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at4:32 AM and 4:45 PM.
