SMWPHI The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a * Special Marine Warning for. Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Cape Henlopen DE out 20 nm. Outer waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick Island DE out 20 to 40 nm. * Until 100 AM EDT. * At 1155 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 9 nm northeast of Delaware Lightship Buoy 44009, moving north at 20 knots. HAZARD. Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include. Buoy 4fb and Five Fathoms Buoy.

Until 8 AM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS. At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 3:13 AM.
