Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include. Torrington, New Milford, Sherman, Pawling, Thomaston, Litchfield, Northwest Harwinton, Oakville, Terryville, Woodbury Center, Gaylordsville, New Preston, Winsted, Watertown, Plymouth, Woodbury, Harwinton, Bethlehem, Washington, and Goshen. Rainfall rates may approach a half an inch to an inch an hour from this thunderstorm.
