Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. Tidal levels are increasing as a result of higher astronomical tides. Low lying areas within the SF Bay Area may see minor flooding as a result during high tide. Next high tide in San Francisco is 6.71 feet at 10:45 PM July 4th.
