Carquinez Strait and Delta, Sacramento Valley, Northern San Joaquin Valley, Motherlode, Mountains Southwestern Shasta County to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills, and Shasta Lake Area / Northern Shasta County. * WHEN.
