Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - The remnants of Hurricane Beryl will move across Arkansas this evening into Tuesday producing heavy rainfall across the watch area. From 7 AM CDT this morning through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - As Tropical Storm Beryl moves northeast across the region through Tuesday, widespread rainfall accumulations of 3 to 4 inches are anticipated in the Watch area, with locally higher amounts possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
